Conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other attendees
Follow all venue rules and local regulations
Failure to comply may result in removal without refund and potential restriction from future events.
4. Confidentiality & Privacy
Certain Ember Banyan events may involve private discussions, strategic conversations, or sensitive information.
By attending, you agree:
Not to record private sessions without explicit consent
Not to share confidential information disclosed during events
To respect Chatham House–style discretion when applicable

5. Media & Photography
Ember Banyan events may include photography, videography, and media coverage.
By attending, you grant Ember Banyan the right to:
Capture images, video, or audio recordings

If you prefer not to appear in media content, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.
6. Payments & Refund Policy
All payments:
Must be made in full prior to event access
Are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Refunds may be considered only in cases of:
Event cancellation initiated by Ember Banyan
Duplicate transactions
Legal obligation
If an event is postponed, tickets may be transferred to the rescheduled date at our discretion.
7. Event Modifications & Force Majeure
Ember Banyan reserves the right to:
Modify event formats, speakers, venues, or schedules
Postpone or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control
We are not liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, public health concerns, labor disputes, or technical failures.
8. Limitation of Liability

Ember Banyan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Participation in events is at your own risk
We are not responsible for personal belongings lost, damaged, or stolen during events
9. Intellectual Property
All branding, materials, content, logos, event concepts, and digital assets associated with Ember Banyan are the intellectual property of Ember Banyan.
You may not:
Reproduce or distribute materials without written permission
Use the brand name, logo, or proprietary content for commercial purposes without authorization
10. Membership & Invitations (If Applicable)
If Ember Banyan offers membership or invite-only access:
Membership status may be revoked at our discretion
Invitations are personal and non-transferable
